The art landscape park of LAD is located in the authentic Dutch polder landscape between Rotterdam and Delft. The 30-hectare area contains more than 70 sculptures by international world-class artists. The works have been developed on site. The Land Art Delft landscape park, after 10 years of LAD, making art and the unique landscape available to visitors with a (visual) handicap is one of the projects in 2018, Hortus Oculus a sculpture garden that is ideally suited to experience all the senses . The smell, the sense of touch, the hearing can be stimulated by the bloom, the smells, the sound of the flowers and plants in the different seasons. The garden design forms the basis of a lasting inspiring and changing environment in which sensory experiences flourish, grow and are expanded annually with works of art. The landscape design focuses on specific planting and a visually impaired infrastructure and technology. Permanent collection forms of 'sensory' images, images that stimulate the senses.
