The 4th Art Thessaloniki International Contemporary Art Fair (21-24/11/2019), after its establishment as an institution, will present a project on Byzantine Hagiography. Thessaloniki together with Istanbul are two of the most historic cities with an important geopolitical position between the East and the West. Thessaloniki was the second largest and richest city in the Byzantine Empire, leaving behind it many well-known and important Byzantine churches.

Already two important representatives of hagiography have been selected to exhibit their work in individual stands.
