Born in Greece - Serres.
After studying electronics and completing his military service, he worked from 1975 to 1978 at ANTISEL AE, (representative of PHILIPS SCIENTIFIC & MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS), as a technician and sales manager.
From 1978 to 2006, he was a senior executive at the Ergasias Bank and Regional Director and C.R. M (1999-2006) at Egnatia Bank.
From 2007 to 2014, he was a member and treasurer of the board of directors of PSAT (Panhellenic Association of Art Galleries).
He is vice president of the Greek-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, (President Mr. Nikolaos Samaras).
In 1983, along with Eva Apostolidou (his wife), they founded the ARTFORUM GALLERY, an active cultural focal point in Thessaloniki, Sani and Ouranoupoli (Chalkidiki), Skiathos, Athens, Mykonos, and Symi, organizing exhibitions with the participation of important Greek and international artists.
More specifically:
In 1991-1993, they founded and organized the Sani Festival in Chalkidiki (Sani Hotel) with Niki Andreadi.
In 1995, they converted Bourtzi in Skiathos into a Cultural Center and between 2008-2010 they organized exhibitions at Palace Hotels.
Between 1993-2001, they restored the Old Slaughter House in Ouranoupoli, Chalkidiki, and organized exhibitions and cultural events in collaboration with philosopher Kostas Axelos, actor Dim. Karelis, and others.
Between 2001 and 2004, they ran the Artforum Gallery in Mykonos and Voula, Athens, and between 2014 and 2017 in Symi (LOS ART FORUM Gallery).
In 2015, they founded the Art Thessaloniki International Contemporary Fair (an international exhibition of galleries, museums, independent artists, with an artist of honor, awards, and free accommodation for young artists, with lectures and educational projects). They collaborate with TIF-HELEXPO and the event takes place in Pavilions 10-9-8, covering an area of 4000 sq.m.
Since 2023, the Art Thessaloniki event has been transformed into a non-profit organization,
Art Thessaloniki International Contemporary Fair (AM 51082, AD 6/2024 and AFM
996693403) and is one of the most important contemporary art institutions in Southeast Europe, attracting leading galleries from Greece and abroad, with the participation of important artists, collectors, curators, professionals in the field, and more than 12,000 visitors at each event.
At the same time, Pantelis Tsatsis has been painting since a very young age and continues to do so today. From 1980 to 1984, he exhibited his works in Chalkidiki (Gerakina Beach Hotel),
Cage art space Cologne (1984), Institut Francais de Thessalonique (1985), ERSI gallery
Athens (1987), Art Athina (1994 to 2023), Art Thessaloniki Fair (2016-2025), CL Art Gallery Haritos 10, Athens (2023), ARMOS Gallery, Zlatkou 5 Serres ARMOS Gallery (2025). In 2024, he was awarded the Artists AWARD at the Biennale Skopie and had a solo exhibition at the OSTEN gallery (Skopje).
Between 1990 and 2015, he participated in international art fairs (France - Nice ART
JOCTION, Spain - ARCO Madrid, Germany ART FORUM - Berlin, Turkey C.I. - Istanbul, ART ATHINA, China SANGHAI ARTFAIR, Tokyo, America - Miami MIAMI FAIR and Romania MO-Bu ART, Bucharest.
