ACCOMPANYING MATERIAL: Please send us the following information/ material via WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com) to the e-mail info@art-thessaloniki.gr:

  • 2 photographs of the works of each artist as a .jpg or .gif file at least 1200 x 1800 pixels
  • Each file must contain the following in its caption:
    Artist name, work title, material, dimensions, year of production.
  • Exhibition program of your Gallery of the last 2 years.
  • At least 1 photograph of the Gallery’s exhibition space as a jpg file

Any files that will be sent to us and will not meet the above mentioned specifications, will not be considered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    TIF HELEXPO receives your data which are kept in an (electronic and/or physical) archive under its responsibility, taking all the appropriate security measures. We would like to inform you that we will use the data we request solely and exclusively in order to manage and discharge our contractual and legal obligations. We are obligated to retain these data for the minimum period required by the legislation in force in order to discharge our obligations to third parties (including tax authorities) for the period laid down in the relevant provisions. Should the above limitations cease to apply, we will permanently delete your data after having previously notified you. You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to their portability for transmission to a different Controller or Processor by sending a relevant request to the Technical Studies Project and Monitoring ISO & GDPR Department, or an e-mail message to the address dpo@helexpo.gr.

    You also have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your data on our part. In this event, please bear in mind that this withdrawal may automatically entail the cessation of our cooperation, given the necessity of processing your data in order to perform our contractual obligations. In any event, we may request your identity data in order to make sure that we are not communicating your personal data to anyone else. We will take every possible measure to satisfy your requests within thirty days from receiving them, as we are obligated to do, notifying you of the completion of your request or the reasons hindering the exercise of your rights or the satisfaction of one or more of your rights, as well as the reasons any delay on our part beyond thirty days.

    Additionally, we will notify you of your further rights in the event of undue response on our part to your requests.   2. Application - Notice of Acceptance 

    3.1 The Exhibitor has the possibility to request a different size of booth from the proposed ones, but the Organizer does not guarantee its concession in case of unavailability of space.
    3.2 After the submission of the Application, the Exhibitor does not have the possibility to change the size of the stand.
    3.3 After accepting participation, the Organizer reserves the right to change the size of the stand for practical reasons, after informing the Exhibitor.
    3.4 The location of the booths is the responsibility of the Organizer.
    3.5 The cost of the booth includes:
    Booth construction (3 or 4 wooden surfaces 3m high in white color), Basic LED booth lighting, Electricity supply 240W, General exterior wall LED lighting, 24-hour security, Public areas cleaning, Free parking, Wireless internet connection, Registration in the exhibition catalogue, 5 free catalogues, 10 opening invitations, 5 free entrance cards.

  3. Stand
    The Exhibitor may request a different stand size from the proposed, but the Organizer does not guarantee its concession in the event of unavailability of space.
    1. Upon submission of the Application, the Exhibitor is not able to change the size of his booth.
    2. Upon acceptance of participation,the Organizer reserves the right to change the size of the booth for practical reasons, after informing the Exhibitor.
    3. The positioning of the booths is the responsibility of the Organizer.
    4. The booth cost include: Booth construction (3 wooden surfaces 3m high in white). Basic both LED lighting. 240W power supply. Basic exterior wall LED lighting. 24h security. Cleaning of all the common areas. Wireless Internet connection. Entry in the exhibition catalogue. 3 free catalogues of the exhibition. 5 Opening invitations. Free parking.
    5. The Organizer provides insurance for the artworks of the participants at Art-Thessaloniki International Contemporary Art Fair from Tuesday, November 23 2021, 20:00 until Monday November 29 2021,10:00.
       
  4. Contract - Payment

    3.1. In case the gallery is accepted for participation in the exhibition, the Exhibitor will receive a contract which he must return signed by July 15, 2022.
    3.2. The payment is paid in 3 installments:
    · 1st PAYMENT: 20% of the total amount by 25/7/2022
    · 2nd PAYMENT: 30% of the total amount by 15/9/2022
    · BalancePAYOFF: 50% until 15/10/2022

    The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the participation of an Exhibitor in case of non-completion of the payment process. After submitting the Application, you will receive via Email a copy/receipt of the Application as submitted (without the attached files).

  5. Withdrawal and Cancellation

    5.1 In case of cancellation of his participation, the Exhibitor is not entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.
    5.2 In case of cancellation by Art-Thessaloniki Fair, the organizer is obliged to refund the amount paid.
